Came to this place to get a money order and get a document noterized. I was surprised by the service as it was not what I have grown to expect out of the bay area. The welcoming environment and friendly staff took care of my needs. Even though they did not provide one of the services I needed, they were able to point me in the right direction.
I had to come into the bank to make change for work. Sarai was very professional and helpful. :)

I would say the ATMs are down about 1/3rd of the time that I visit this branch.I called last week and made an appointment that I later cancelled online. The banker called and said he was never notified. I made another appointment online. Got a confirmation email only to get another 1 minute later to say my appointment was cancelled. I've tried to call 4 times today to confirm whether I have an appointment. No one will pick up the phone. It goes to customer service but never the branch.
