I would say the ATMs are down about 1/3rd of the time that I visit this branch.I called last week and made an appointment that I later cancelled online. The banker called and said he was never notified. I made another appointment online. Got a confirmation email only to get another 1 minute later to say my appointment was cancelled. I've tried to call 4 times today to confirm whether I have an appointment. No one will pick up the phone. It goes to customer service but never the branch. Horrible experience with Antonio Olivares. We signed up as private client members, then started getting extra fees monthly. We called and emailed him many times over 7 months and wouldn’t do anything. Finally had to call a different branch to step in. Stay away
