Extremely professional & pleasant staff.
My experience with this branch was extremely disappointing. I was handling a matter involving a decedent's estate and was instructed to obtain and submit an amended death certificate before the bank could proceed. After complying with that request, I spent months trying to follow up with Pedro Martinez by both email and phone regarding the status of the matter. My calls and emails went unanswered. Came to this place to get a money order and get a document noterized. I was surprised by the service as it was not what I have grown to expect out of the bay area. The welcoming environment and friendly staff took care of my needs. Even though they did not provide one of the services I needed, they were able to point me in the right direction.
