Great place to bank with. Fast and easy transactions. Easy to use app. Great customer support. Good place to have money for most needs.
Walked-in to open a checking account and was told I needed an appointment. I could understand that for something more complicated or time consuming, but to open a checking account? I asked what they had for availability and the gal was nice, but seemed to be new. She was going back and forth on her Ipad trying to find an appointment time for later that day and ended up not having any availability for the day. The experience I had here wasn’t great and if it wasn’t for an amazing employee named Hunter at another branch in Fargo I probably would want to open up a bank account at another bank entirely. I was intending to go to the branch Hunter was at to open a bank account and ended up coming to this location. When I walked in, a girl with black hair asked if there’s anything she can help me with.
