I only give it two stars cuz the people are very nice but completely unable to do anything after going there for glass 4 months and speak with the people on the first name basis they still have to see my driver's license to give me a withdrawal. I’m honestly not a bank person, don’t like them never have. However Robert has been such a help and great experience, Cyrano has also been wonderful when I’m in there. The whole staff really has been pleasant but those two really have changed my perspective and made me a fan of chase bank. Kudos
Branch manager is arrogant and curt. Service is less than good, and overall it starts at the top and I give them a below avg score, the only plus is its on Longboat.
Chase in its infinite wisdom decided to no longer rent safety deposit boxes to its customers anywhere in the US. If you need to keep valuables there you need to go to another bank. Why keep my accounts in Chase when I get better courtesy and service at another bank that truly wants my business.
