Chase has security harassing people That’ sit in their car too long without going inside. But they allow the illegal Fruit Cart vendor to park his truck and load and unload in their parking lot. Additionally, the illegal vendor is set up on a red curb in a no parking zone. I came in last minute with a business problem, my usual banker was on vacation. Frank stepped in and helped me right away with what I needed. He was able to schedule me with Marco. Frank and Marco were great to work with and handled me with care! That just really helped me get out of a bind last minute without even knowing me. That was top notch right there so I def felt good and welcomed. Hence this review. Nice work gentleman and thank you again for helping me through this with care!
