Have been with them for ever!! But they failed to help me out. So I am pulling my money and putting it elsewhere..
Great customer service. Today I went in for 2 fraud charges on my account, and the representative was very helpful, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. A breath of fresh air that my accounts were safe right before Cmas. This is the closest branch to me so have been here on numerous other occasions- and the customer service is always a 5/5.
I have used this Chase Branch for many years. Today I made a call for help and was fortunate to reach branch manager, Kristen. She was so kind and knowledgeable as I needed help with merging accounts and changing autopays. She listened, helped me understand options, and now I know how to get started. What a asset she is to Chase Bank.
I was confused at first because there was no "teller" when I walked in the door. An associate directed me around the corner where the desk was located and a friendly teller took care of me.
