I have used this Chase Branch for many years. Today I made a call for help and was fortunate to reach branch manager, Kristen. She was so kind and knowledgeable as I needed help with merging accounts and changing autopays. She listened, helped me understand options, and now I know how to get started. What a asset she is to Chase Bank.
I was confused at first because there was no "teller" when I walked in the door. An associate directed me around the corner where the desk was located and a friendly teller took care of me.
