Got to the bank at 5:00 and couldn't get in because I only had the digital card. The girl wouldn't tell me her name and wouldn't let me in. She drives a green Toyota Corolla with license tag sxk 811. This is just one more seriously rude bank employee of Chase bank. I guess one minute to let me in was too much time to help s customer..SMH

I was in the process of opening a new business account at Chase. Opening the account was straight forward and took little to no time. I planned to open the account and deposit checks that day while I was there. Within 3 business days I was locked out of my accounts and they are currently holding the deposits. I’ve had to have the customers legal team contact Chases legal team because they will not release the checks. I’ve done everything possible in order to get this cleared up.
