Awful experience! The greeters made me wait 30 mins for a banker to answer a simple question, while no clients were inside the bank….they lack the desire of providing good customer service….and lack of wanting to help current clients….as if you are asking them for a favor while you have your money in they bank already…..
The door the access the atm is locked. Even when using the card reader for access. What good is it to have an atm after hours if you can’t access it?
(9/8/25) Everytime I go to this bank the door is locked. The card scanner at the door has been broken for years. This is the only chase in walking distance and I cant even go inside to access the atm. Its really crazy
