Received a cold call from Jacob today on an unauthorized phone number that I didn't know Chase had. He interrupted my work day and pulled me from my patient because I thought something was wrong with my account. Turns out he just wanted to "check in!" I've never been so irritated, I don't even understand how they have my work number let alone how they think this is appropriate. The branch manager JORDAN ADEDEJI Helped me get my money and account unlocked after the Reisterstown location was rude and unprofessional to me after there employee made a mistake on my account causing me not to have access to my money for over 4 hours Jordan is very respectful and has been working there for 2.5 years I would recommend this location.
All chase banks' services are amateur and just terrible. Tried to open a few accounts and deposit $$$ now forget it
