Poor customer service. Someone else said this and they were right the girl "threw" the money envelope at me. I was soo confused.
I processed some documents at this store that can only be sent internally at Chase. It would seem that some mix up existed with the documents. I tried calling in, asking them to fix it - since they had given me a deadline of two days. (I started this whole process 1 week before, mind you) The woman I spoke to, told me she was short-staffed and couldnt help me - which was ok. Easy service but I’m a customer of your bank and I’m not allowed to use the restroom?
I visited the Chase branch at 910 Fairlawn Ave, Suite 79, Laurel, MD 20707 and was assisted by Alice Tellez. I brought approximately 100 twenty-dollar bills to exchange for $100 bills because I am traveling internationally and specifically requested new $100 bills. Instead of simply telling me whether new $100 bills were available, Ms. Tellez asked to see my money.
