The drive thru atm is always broken The next nearest chase atm is in elkridge. The vestibule atm is not accessible after 5pm. Make the vestibule available after 5 and on weekends or open another stand alone atm. This is very frustrating
Whenever I go to make deposits and a big girl from Guatemala helps me, she doesn't say hello, she always throws the receipts at me or gives them to me aggressively or looks at me with an angry face or makes ugly faces and doesn't even say "have a good day", and she should be nice to everyone, not just some people. This happens every time she helps me.
This is the second time I’ve tried to get money from this branch with all atms out of service. Chase should really consider closing this branch
The drive up arm never works. And the walk up atm is always locked. This is not a good branch. I recommend capital one right next door.
This is the most inconvenient Chase branch of them all. I constantly run into these same issues in my pictures I've posted with this review. Now I have to drive miles away to a convenient branch and be late to work. AGAIN! It's sickening!
