Easy service but I’m a customer of your bank and I’m not allowed to use the restroom?
I visited the Chase branch at 910 Fairlawn Ave, Suite 79, Laurel, MD 20707 and was assisted by Alice Tellez. I brought approximately 100 twenty-dollar bills to exchange for $100 bills because I am traveling internationally and specifically requested new $100 bills. Instead of simply telling me whether new $100 bills were available, Ms. Tellez asked to see my money. Worst bank ever and they need to diversify efforts. There are always over 3-4 bank staff and only one is working at the two tellers they have. There is always a line. At this point shut it down or bring new management. You guys have 2 stars take action and give customers a better banking experience in the branch as you are managing THEIR money. Thank you so much. There is no chase bank here it’s la fitness
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had was being with chase for almost 7 years the bank teller couldn’t even explain the new 3rd party policy check cashing procedures I had to call an other branch
