Trying to wire money out to a different account and they asked me what I needed to purchase with the money, and because I refuse to answer that because it’s none of their business, they deny the wire, Close the account move on to a better bank
Went in to cash a check written from Chase. The young lady at the front was very nice but she wanted to verify something with someone behind a desk and that lady didn't even try or bother coming out and talking with us. Very rude and didn't want to go the extra mile
