Zaman Syed is not helpful at all. Told me I’d have the necessary bank docs in 24-48 business days over email. Then once that deadline passed denied saying this and updated the deadline to 10-15 business days by physical mail. This was after he was aware this was my 3rd time visiting a Chase branch to get the paperwork and he knew I needed the situation escalated/expedited. Inaccurate provider of information and also condescending in his behavior towards you. Go to any other Chase branch for help
Customer service by Zaman Syed was horrible. Unacceptable patronizing and rude behavior. We were there to open a new checking and savings account. We could have done this online but prefer going to the branch to learn about all the options. For one, he just read turned the computer screen to us and told us to read. Then he explained that if we had a coupon, we could get a bonus for opening a new account but he could not tell us where we could find the coupon (even though it was a Chase bank coupon). Customer service was absolutely fantastic. The worker had us in and out in only half and hour. Got so much accomplished in that time! Very good attitude as well
