Terrible service! I wouldn’t recommend starting here. Rep upfront took my name and number on a piece of paper so unprofessional. Told me I’ll get a text 10-15 mins. 30 mins goes by no text. I proceeded to head inside of branch was met with different lady. Business manager is now free swinging his feet without any clue what’s going on.
Debit Card was inactivated without letting me know so I called Customer Service day before yesterday Per Chantelle she said she was overnighting it to me as of the end of the day yesterday and I still have no Debit Card and bills to pay and things to get at the grocery store or whatever. When I get my card that’s fine. I’m cutting it up because you’ve disappointed me so many times I’m switching to another bank
What a lovely banking experience with Daniel today who helped me troubleshoot a problem and opening a new checking account ☺️♀️ Appreciate the down to earth, no pressure and hospitable experience
