I'm on edge because my bank decided to hold my deposit from work for 2 days. That's never happened before. Thank you Chase Bank Fraud department for nothing.
Everyone at this branch is so helpful. This is my favorite branch in Little Rock. Anything I try to do it is done efficiently and quickly. There are bilingual people on staff and they cater to all types of people. my experiences have always been positive and above and beyond here at this branch. The staff is also so knowledgeable.
So far VERY impressed with the website, debit card, atm withdrawals, atm deposits, and the ability to make an appointment and talk about banking business as well as options to improve and reduce debt…cordial staff…glad I switched to Chase and would encourage anyone to consider also doing so…
