I know everyone has a bad day, but I had an uneasy feeling going in to the place. Walked in, saw no tellers. The security young woman had to direct me(not her job) to someone. That someone, JD, was very wound up and unprofessional. She stated she was the assistant manager there and had to retreat to her office. I finished my business with the only other teller who was nice, but had zero information for the simple questions I asked. I had a lovely banking experience with Adrian, he helped open my account nice and smooth, he was friendly, professional and fast.
Terrible service! I wouldn’t recommend starting here. Rep upfront took my name and number on a piece of paper so unprofessional. Told me I’ll get a text 10-15 mins. 30 mins goes by no text. I proceeded to head inside of branch was met with different lady. Business manager is now free swinging his feet without any clue what’s going on.
Debit Card was inactivated without letting me know so I called Customer Service day before yesterday Per Chantelle she said she was overnighting it to me as of the end of the day yesterday and I still have no Debit Card and bills to pay and things to get at the grocery store or whatever. When I get my card that’s fine. I’m cutting it up because you’ve disappointed me so many times I’m switching to another bank
