What kind of bank doesn’t allow you to exchange coin rolls for cash? Bank clerk refused to help me because I didn’t have an account with them
We had a great experience opening an account with the help of Kenneth. He was friendly, efficient, and handled everything professionally. The process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend the branch!
Today we opened a teen account for my son here and AVP Kenneth was very helpful in processing it in prompt way. His accommodative and approachability is highly appreciated. Many times it’s the people who make the service better. He proved it but I have not had similar experience in other chase branches i have been recently.
Apparently they can pull your credit and close a card when you're up-to-date and say it's for a quarterly check that's in the book of a user agreement. They don't offer any help understanding it to people with dyslexia. Bright side is you can have them recheck within six months with a hard inquiry that will damage your credit score. Stay away.
Worst bank teller ever. Unprofectional. They either close down this branch or swap their staff.
