I have had nothing but great interactions with Chase Bank. I do not ask for much, so, I'm very simple to please. But, the staff is always courteous and friendly. When I call customer service, it has been a very pleasurable experience. I see others comments about poor customer service, and I dont see it. I guess it is subjective. Awful service. Don’t care if they are in the middle of helping a customer, soon as they hit the top of the hour to close the branch, they will ask you to leave and come back another day.
