Shout-out to Elisabetta Ciurieo, who was so helpful when I lost my Chase credit card today while on the road for several months. She sorted everything out in a matter of minutes with empathy and a smile.
Very good bank! I've been here two times. The first time, I applied for a card and opened two accounts. The second time, I came because my card had been frozen due to suspected fraud. However, this wasn't a problem with the specific branch, but with the bank's security system. Nevertheless, both times, I received assistance very quickly. I’d like to report that one of the tellers provided very poor customer service during my recent visit. The interaction was unprofessional and left me dissatisfied. I hope this can be addressed. 8/27/2025

Be wary of Chase just randomly closing your accounts. Never going to use them again.
