Staff who answer the phone are really rude and not helpful at all
Went there to try open a account. I was told had to make a appointment. I dont understand. They literally had 5 staff members in a office joking around it is insane where has the customer service has gone these days.
We need to stop Chase Bank from investing in fossil fuels and in companies like Cargil and JBS that cause ecocide and genocide through their business of profit over life. Chase earns a Death Star rating. #StopTheMoneyPipeline. Chase also bankrolls the Coastal Gaslink Pipeline through unceded Wet'suwet'en land in BC Canada. This yet another reason to Divest Chase. Of course, wildfires are raging across Canada too which are accelerated by the Climate Arson that Chase perpetuates.
