My all time favorite bank. So kind, patient and helpful.
Horrible experience! I was hung up on multiple times I was told to call back because they couldn't verify And again and again and they kept saying I got a new number (no I didn't, I've had the same number for 30 years, just a new phone)... They said it was fraud and I couldn't verify, so they'd hang up again and again...
