The Tellers are always professional and knowledgeable. Bankers are available to answer any questions. I always enjoy a quick chat with the tellers while I'm taking care of my business at the bank. Their app is easy to use and I'm able to easily use it to check my investments.
I spent a literal 80 minutes standing with a teller while trying to help with a transaction. Problem after problem and it was never resolved. I am not sure why such a large and recognized bank has no way to deal with systems issues. The teller did her best to navigate the mess, but clearly Chase isn't a place where time is valued.
Kudos to Harold Rogoff, he is the best branch manager I have experienced. My friend had a issue with the bank and Mr Rogoff work everything out completely. The tellers and staff are outstanding in Chesterland.
