I spent a literal 80 minutes standing with a teller while trying to help with a transaction. Problem after problem and it was never resolved. I am not sure why such a large and recognized bank has no way to deal with systems issues. The teller did her best to navigate the mess, but clearly Chase isn't a place where time is valued.
Kudos to Harold Rogoff, he is the best branch manager I have experienced. My friend had a issue with the bank and Mr Rogoff work everything out completely. The tellers and staff are outstanding in Chesterland.
I have found every Chase employee at the Chesterland to be helpful, engaging and knowledgeable.
Friendly helpful staff. Had to go here due to my local branch being temporarily closed.
Always good service at chase.
