The banker Mohsin went above and beyond to help me out with my chase app being locked. Issue was resolved perfectly!
No notary on staff. All banks should have a notary on the premises for customers needs, they don't. I wanted a local brick and mortar bank and chose Chase because I thought they'd be convenient, apparently I chose wrong.
Frustrating to say the least. My son set up a teen acct during the promotion in April. We were supposed to receive his PIN in the mail. Never did, despite the guy stating we would. Called early May because it's been a few weeks. BS automated system kept asking for the PIN, until finally speaking to someone. He said it'll be sent in 5-7 biz days.. cool. It's been over 3 weeks now. I emailed them asking why a few days ago. No response. They have the correct email on file because they actually emailed us! Here's the lame part..... read more
