Seven different people working, one other customer, but I end up using the machine after wasting time in line for the one open teller window to be free.
Poor customer service for businesses. Went couple of times for opening a business account with appointments and each time got unsuccessful . They are not punctual at all and can’t keep up with the appointment times . Each time I went there waited more than 30 min and had to come back . Very disappointed!!! Wish I had a choice of not giving any star .
The manager at the branch was the most useless person I have ever met. There ATM inside the branch took 2250$ from me and gave me an error message and never returned the money or deposited it. She couldn't help me one bit and did not even care. She told me to call the number on the back of my card. A Walmart greeter is more qualified than that woman.
