I have never been able to call and reach anybody at this branch for assistance. I have shown up in person only to be told they cannot help me since they are too busy and I will need to call/schedule something. I have only used the ATM a couple times since that does not require a person.
Don't even waste your time with this location, especially if you have any need for an ATM. The ATM there only exists to see how many different "out of order" excuses they can come up with - I've literally never seen it functional, and have on three seperate occasions through the course of a year needed one (today being the latest attempt). Every single time, I've had to go all the way to another location. Once, sure, but all three times?
