This Chase Bank is a nightmare you drive up to the ATM won't accept cash deposits only One ATM you go inside there's only one ATM they took out the other ATM cuz they didn't want to pay extra money in the second drive-up ATM nothing but a nightmare then you have to stay in line cuz I usually have one teller then you got too many people at the ATM very disgusted with Chase Bank big mistake change in Banks unfortunately have to deal with it
My banker was friendly but the previous staff not so much. And they only have one ATM in the drive through...three lanes for the but only one. And u can't access the one at the building after the bank closes. Totaly ridiculous
Made a deposit at the atm inside for $2,000 and the machine just gave me a receipt to call costumer service. Took them two weeks to tell me that only $1,000 was deposited into the atm. They won’t show me footage of the cameras, said I have to file a police report. I’m 100% I put in $2k!!!
Chase has been poorly managed since 2020. Customer service is extremely rude and condescending. The big let down is appointments are needed to see a banker in person and that doesnt work for everybody.
