My banker was friendly but the previous staff not so much. And they only have one ATM in the drive through...three lanes for the but only one. And u can't access the one at the building after the bank closes. Totaly ridiculous
Made a deposit at the atm inside for $2,000 and the machine just gave me a receipt to call costumer service. Took them two weeks to tell me that only $1,000 was deposited into the atm. They won’t show me footage of the cameras, said I have to file a police report. I’m 100% I put in $2k!!!
Chase has been poorly managed since 2020. Customer service is extremely rude and condescending. The big let down is appointments are needed to see a banker in person and that doesnt work for everybody.
I have had two great experiences at this establishment. Max provided exceptional customer service, assisting me with my account and thoroughly explaining each step of the process. He made a commendable effort to ensure my understanding, attentively listening and answering my many questions. These asswipes denied my 8 month pregnant wife use of the bathroom and made her walk across the street to use one while she was about to piss herself in their lobby. I would’ve never had this problem at my regular chase. What kind of individual denies a pregnant woman use of a bathroom!!!
