My experience was great at this branch. I had to come in for a check for a down payment on a vehicle. Max was the teller and he was helpful and upbeat.

I have been to this branch's ATMs before and have had issues in the past, so I stopped going there. After months of avoiding this branch, I thought the issues would be resolved. However, when I tried to withdraw a large sum of money, the ATM informed me that it couldn't process my request and advised me to contact customer service. I printed out the receipt, which reiterated the message to call the number. When I checked my bank account, it showed that the money had still been withdrawn.

Staff is useless and not helpful . Only two windows. Chase holds checks for 2 weeks and lies about the funds not being cleared by other bank when it has . DO NOT BANK WITH THEM !

I called before I Came in to open a business account and personal account. The man I spoke with, I believe his name was DJ, was amazing! i met with Miranda and she was an absolute doll! Amazing customer service! SO helpful! Answered all my questions and concerns! And did a follow up call to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly! I would recommend this branch to anyone and everyone who’s interested in banking with Chase!
