I have had two great experiences at this establishment. Max provided exceptional customer service, assisting me with my account and thoroughly explaining each step of the process. These asswipes denied my 8 month pregnant wife use of the bathroom and made her walk across the street to use one while she was about to piss herself in their lobby. I would’ve never had this problem at my regular chase. What kind of individual denies a pregnant woman use of a bathroom!!!

My experience was great at this branch. I had to come in for a check for a down payment on a vehicle. Max was the teller and he was helpful and upbeat.

I have been to this branch's ATMs before and have had issues in the past, so I stopped going there. After months of avoiding this branch, I thought the issues would be resolved. However, when I tried to withdraw a large sum of money, the ATM informed me that it couldn't process my request and advised me to contact customer service. I printed out the receipt, which reiterated the message to call the number. When I checked my bank account, it showed that the money had still been withdrawn.
