I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I arrived at the branch around 4:40 p.m. to complete what should have been a simple transaction. Although the branch doesn’t close until 5:00 p.m., I was told they were already “closed” and couldn’t help me. Instead, I was asked to come back the next day and was given an appointment. Out of all chase bank locations I feel like the Sparks establishment is the best. Customer service skills are at a high communication is perfect and direct the management and staff are very patient and understanding. I definitely would recommend this location for any financial aspect. Thank you guys at Sparks location for all your financial wisdom and hard work to keep customers satisfied and happy!!

Called to ask questions about opening an account. All I wanted to know is if you have to wait for debt card. Because I didn't give my name she hung up. Won't be opening an account here

The very best bank I have ever had a checking account with no overdraft fees and the give you $300.00 for opening a checking account with direct deposit.

This is absolutely ridiculous to only have 1 atm outside during closed hours. People are busy and dont want to go inside. The line for the ONE outdoor atm is just so long and frustrating.
