I have done banking here many times. It is well managed. The staff is terrific. Over the years, every employee I have dealt with has been super friendly and efficient. I dealt with Jacob, today. He was extremely friendly, and helpful. A great credit to the branch!

Our banker was super friendly, easy to work with, very patient, and answered all of our questions. That’s about the only good thing that has come out of opening an account at this branch. It has been 3 weeks since opening and I have not had access to my money. My debit card did not show up to my home, had to call and get a replacement. When it finally came, I could not activate it because a pin was not set up for it, so I have to go to a branch. Because I work 9-5, the branches are not open for me to go to to set up my pin. ... read more
