The service was great!
I tried calling, but i got a robot that talked on and on and never connected me to a human who could actually help me. Does anyone actually like them automated systems because I don't? They're just an inconvenient waste of time.
Austin has helped me with any bank related concerns or issues. I've banked with several banks, and Chase has consistently had top-tier customer service.
Pierangley and the team were superb, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not being from the area and coming just to bank today they helped me find things to do area Greenville
This is the closet location to Asheville NC, support is extremely poor. I had been working with chase for several years, first time experience poor service experience.
