Our banker was super friendly, easy to work with, very patient, and answered all of our questions. That’s about the only good thing that has come out of opening an account at this branch. It has been 3 weeks since opening and I have not had access to my money. My debit card did not show up to my home, had to call and get a replacement. When it finally came, I could not activate it because a pin was not set up for it, so I have to go to a branch. The service was great!
I tried calling, but i got a robot that talked on and on and never connected me to a human who could actually help me. Does anyone actually like them automated systems because I don't? They're just an inconvenient waste of time.
