The tellers are all kind and professional. I’m only giving this location 3 starships in one because how and why is there not a drive up ATM!? It has 3 drive up teller slots and not one for a drive up ATM. If someone in management or corporate is reading this, please address this issue.
The customer service at this bank consistently falls short of expectations. Unlike other banks, establishing an account here requires a scheduled appointment, which can only be made based on their availability. I prefer visiting the Chase branch in Lyndhurst, where the staff is notably welcoming and accommodating.
