The staff was incredibly friendly—even when I arrived close to closing time. Poonam was especially kind and patient, and she went out of her way to help me with an urgent matter.
The tellers are all kind and professional. I’m only giving this location 3 stars because how and why is there not a drive up ATM!? It has 3 drive up teller slots and not one for a drive up ATM. If someone in management or corporate is reading this, please address this issue.
