5 stars for customer service from Erica Cao, I had been having issues accessing my funds after mobile depositing my tax refund check. I met with Erica twice and each time she was very helpful and kept us in high spirits while she figured out what the issue was. She was able to get in contact with the IRS and allow me access back to my funds! Thank you for the help Erica!!!
