Terrible service, they don't even greet you, after making my transaction I tried to use the public bathroom and they tell me that they don't have water, you can see that they are liars and are unpleasant and inattentive, terrible service.

Chad is my banker, and it's been extremely pleasant dealing with him.
I waited 30 mins to exchange foreign currency there was a line out the door. Sad excuse for a bank.
With one phone call i got very nice service from branch manager and staff at this branch, they where really helpful on my needs. GOOD LUCK Tzvi
