I just opened an account there. Tried to deposit some unrolled 50cent coins, they couldn't be bothered to count them. Terrible service at this branch, I won't find out about other since I'm going to close my newly opened account asap. I'd go less than 1 star if possible
Sitting around doing absolutely nothing and told me I gotta come back because opening a new account takes a long time I guess they don’t wanna be disturbed from doing nothing
Not a good experience at this Branch. I went in to cash a check for $50. The branch was open for about 10 more minutes when I arrived. The greeter directed me to the teller window but there was no one there. I waited for about 3 minutes and still no one showed up. I asked the greeter to double-check what was going on and she said 'oh yeah the teller's in the back' but did not offer to go and let her know that somebody was here. Came in here because my car payment was through them and I didn't know my credentials to use their app. They couldn't have been less helpful. It mainly came down to "Oh just use the app". Thats what I came in here for! I can't use it! Glad I'm refinancing with another institution. Terrible DEI bank with completely clueless people.
