They messed up running a check I was cashing. This delayed the check being cashed for a week when I really needed to use the money.
I encountered an issue at an ATM and had to visit a teller instead. Although it wasn’t a major problem, the staff there were incredibly helpful and polite. To my surprise, the branch manager called me directly to discuss the issue and sincerely apologized. This level of customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you, Chase!

I couldn't agree more with the last review. This branch location is a joke! Very rude teller & manager on duty. I called after leaving to get tellers name & was completely disrespected & manager refused to provide name. So I'll go back here in a minute & due to the treatment i received this morning I will be closing my Chase bank account. I'll go elsewhere where I am shown respect & not charged a monthly fee...
