I went into this branch to make a business credit card payment today. I will say... It is not my main branch....but... I presented a driver's license to pull up my four accounts I have with this bank .The teller who was very nice, seemed untrained to me and couldn't even find my account. Something that should have been very simple and fast turned into probably 20 minutes. I had to call the manager, Caitlin. I came to the Chase location on Haywood rd on my lunch hour in hopes to open an account...upon arrival I explain to the teller that I was at lunch and I wanted to open a checking account there was only 2 Bankers everyone taking there sweet time
Came in several times and each time is a great experience. Maci helped me out with my current dilemma. She was beyond professional, and very personable. I appreciate the service each visit. Great location.
They messed up running a check I was cashing. This delayed the check being cashed for a week when I really needed to use the money.
I encountered an issue at an ATM and had to visit a teller instead. Although it wasn’t a major problem, the staff there were incredibly helpful and polite. To my surprise, the branch manager called me directly to discuss the issue and sincerely apologized. This level of customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you, Chase!
