I couldn't agree more with the last review. This branch location is a joke! Very rude teller & manager on duty. I called after leaving to get tellers name & was completely disrespected & manager refused to provide name. So I'll go back here in a minute & due to the treatment i received this morning I will be closing my Chase bank account. I'll go elsewhere where I am shown respect & not charged a monthly fee... Staff will ignore you and are also less knowledgeable than other banks. Bank with Truist or Wells Fargo and save yourself the headache
I came into this location a couple weeks ago to make a small deposit and the service was 10/10. I returned today to set up a savings account and Mennah helped me. She was AMAZING! She made the whole process super easy, showed me how to set goals within the app, and all the while was chatting with me as if we were old friends. Exceptional customer service!
