Staff should be more polite, I felt like I wasn’t welcomed. I come to withdraw money teller wasn’t in mood they didn’t wanna give me my money they should more respectful and they need more training because they was talking about previous costumer and making jokes about them
I like the welcoming and courteous atmosphere, in addition to the quick and precise service.
Janea was excellent. She remembered my wife and I from the previous day. She gave us the red carpet treatment and was very informative which caused me to open an account
I had a great experience at the willingboro branch, everyone is nice especially Janea, Ray and Alyson were very amazing.
All the workers are so sweet and friendly here🥰 I've bhere a few times on and off but today felt a little different, idky I wasn't able to do my transaction but it's all good lol it was a weird situation The little things go a long way I walk in and there is a cute little fall table set up (forgot to grab a loli on the way out ), all the tellers greet you and interact in a friendly manner, even the banker passing by me on his way to his desk was really friendly in greeting me as he walked back to his desk.
