I have had an account that I haven’t used, I called on the phone to close it (there is no option in the mobile app). Because I was not able to provide the ATM number and/or account number, I was told I must go to the branch in person. I went in person, and I was told it was an appointment only, and the service rep was booked for the day. It was on Wednesday. Is a shame that Chase build nice banks with awesome ATM machines but they always come up short when it comes to great customer service. I had an issue with a transaction and they call me straight to the windows so they can look into it. Their staff is always clueless so I went back to TD BANK which is right next door.

Today my husband & I needed to get some important paperwork notarized. We stopped at the local Chase office & was greeted by the manager who immediately referred me to the Supervisor Faith. Not only was she welcoming, friendly but she made us feel so comfortable when we were already dealing with a stressful situation. I recommend this bank to all the locals in our community.
