I thank the staff for being fake and friendly but when they proceeded to get the bank manager she and her staff laughed as if I was just scammed. Now in this case scams happen every day and every where but I'm a sick woman and nothing is funny about being scammed I came for help not to be laughed at. I'm not a criminal my last name holds weight in a lot places and I truly needed help and I didn't get it I was fooled to think that I could open account not to be integrated while doing so.So thank for nothing hope this goes out... read more

Horrible rude service with an attitude from lady at the counter and the whole staff acted like they are better than anyone. Go to any other location except this one.
My husband and I went to this branch to open up a new account. Initially, the team was incredibly nice and friendly. We felt very welcomed - even though we had to wait 40 minutes for the banker to get back from lunch because no one else could help us (and we had a 2 hour drive back home that we needed to get started on). Upon going through the process, we were explained the fees for low balances, insufficient funds, etc. as normal. We had an appointment for opening new account and it was 3 of us getting off from our job but ending that person who we had appointment with was not present amd waste our time
