The branch manager - Louis demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service throughout my interactions. This level of conduct is unacceptable from someone in a leadership position and falls well below the standard one would expect from JPMorgan Chase.
My mom wrote me a check for a certain amount I am not a member of Chase Bank I had the proper ID's the teller called her supervisor over they looked at the computer told me that they couldn't cash the check didn't even do a verification of calling my mother who wrote the check !! So the other bank said they just didn't want to cash the check when I try to call them back on the phone they didn't even answer the phone and there was no one in the bank smh
I use to bank atm TD. I have had such a good experience at chase so far. The employees are so friendly and helpful
