Great banking experience. Reed was extremely helpful and very professional. Leena also was helpful and answered all my questions . I don’t know what all the other griping people are talking about. I would recommend this bank to anyone. They’re are a hell of a lot better than Wells Fargo
Worst staff experience ever. I had an appointment to open a bank account for our minor, but the banking agent, Leena Salem, seemed completely unknowledgeable about the process. On top of that, her attitude was extremely unprofessional.
Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, but no one checked me in and there was still no update even 15 minutes past the scheduled time. It made scheduling an appointment feel pointless.
Just when you think Chase can't get any worse... see what happens when you have a death in the family and have to deal with being a trustee... and getting money moved where it should be (including WITHIN Chase). It's a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Chase will put up one road block after another for MONTHS on end. Unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. I will be ending all my personal and business relationships with Chase.
I haven't had a bad experience since I've been with bank they been helpful and understanding
