The employees and branch manager there are unqualified and uneducated about bank procedures. They couldn't even print up a simple 2 page form for me to fill out, that they said was required to release funds from my deceased fathers account. Even after showing them the sealed documents from the Surrogate Court, they requested more documents which are not even required according to NY Law. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a bank. Trevor was so accommodating and kind. Building was spacious and clean. I do not live near the bank but would definitely enroll immediately if or when I move closer. A model of professionalism and efficiency.
