Almost overwhelmingly helpful. Made suggestions and clearly explained the differences, that anybody with Only one cell could understand.
Treated my older mom horribly and very rude. The front desk women are complete jerks. Do not recommend!!
Top tier service. Nice atmosphere, two professional men helped me during my numerous visits. Jonathon & Dylan I believe. Both very experienced bankers with knowledge in every facet it seems.
Just ran in to pay cash on a card and the gentleman sitting at the first desk was super helpful and friendly.
The customer service here is mediocre at best. Univiting. Treat you like you're dumb and dont understand things. I am a customer not a banker, I do not know youre Verbiage/Lingo. Employees should be providing customers with verbiage they understand. Its peoples finances they're trusting you with. Even if its not thay serious it is.
