Chase use to be the best but they are not good anymore. They only have the ATM on Broughton in Savannah Ga. Open 9-5 Mon- Friday. The whole point of an ATM is to do banking AFTER banking hours . Half this town works in restaurants & need to deposit cash every night after work. Beyond dumb . So inconvenient. ATM is broken more than it works at a busy tourist down town location. A joke So disgusted with them
The worst chase branch ever. Told to fax a document from gere to there claim department. The staff did not know how to fax or print documents out.
