The banker was extremely rude. She greeted us by telling us that she was going to be busy at 2:00 (less than 30 minutes from when we sat down). Then barely communicated when we asked what were the benefits of the different business accounts, only focusing on if we could afford the fees. We ended up acting like we didn't have our EIN just to make an excuse to go. We will be using a different bank considering she said she was the only banker at that location.
I had the worst experience in my life here ! Stay away from Vaibhav Patel, my experience with him was as bad as it can be, this ''pseudo business banker'' confused my first name with a part of my business name. I came to this location trying to finish my business account with chase and I have ended up with 3 bankers checking my id and with this Patel guy nut understanding that my business name has nothing to do with my name. Chase has exceptional customer service at every branch I enter, and Greenspring Station is no different! I needed to withdraw cash in all different bill amounts, and the associate very patiently helped me accomplish this and counted out each bill for me. I would recommend Chase to anyone!
JPMC has always been one of the Premier institutions in Banking. This Bank on Falls Road is No exception. The best part is unlike when you go to NYC or Washington D.C. which typically have a Very pinched, and High Strung Attitude.
