Horrible costumer service. No one comes out the back to help with customers. Richard and the other 1 teller. J P Morgan you have to do better. It takes every bit of 10 to 20 minutes to open up a bank account. Richard tells me it takes more like an hour. This is ridiculous chase bank do better.

The bank teller was unprofessional and rude, appearing unsure of how to assist me. The manager could not resolve the issue with my account, indicating a lack of experience.
They simply make customer wait and provide glasses information. I will be closing account here.
Chase sucks. They are the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life! They closed both of my accounts due to “high payment charges” on my account!!! I RUN A BUSINESS AND ITS THE HOLIDAY SEASON!!!! They are absolutely HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service, horrible business relations, they talk to you like you are dumb.
