Good place to transaction business. Too bad a coming road expansion is going to make them move.
Went there to open an account. Was told I had to make an appointment even though they had 2 tellers and 2 employees and only 1 other customer. I am disabled and it's hard for me to get a ride and I explained that to the teller that helped me, or didn't help. I was told I had to make an appointment and come back the next day. So then I asked to cash a U.S. Department of Treasury check that was my disability funds. I was then told they don't cash any checks, not even for banking customers. Horrible customer service on phone. HORRIBLE!!!
If I could give negative stars I would. I went in to open an account for the first time, because I’d heard good things about ‘Chase’. Well apparently this branch does not care about up-holding the value of ‘Chase’. I arrived at 11:30am when I walked in it seemed very open and welcoming, I noticed two accountants in a glass booth just casually talking to each other and about six customers lined up, so I stood in line.
