Me and my kids sat in this bank for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us every other bank I’ve ever been to actually speaks soon as you walk in we didn’t get no good morning no how you doing no nothing we will not be returning to this branch and the bankers are not friendly and welcoming at all worst chase branch I’ve ever been in and we won’t be returning

Horrible customer service, worst banking experience ever.
The Asian male teller is very condescending. He talks to people like they are stupid. This is probably one of the worst banks I've ever been to. They won't even cash their own check. I have 2 forms of "valid" ID. Yet they still will not cash their check. The male asian teller, no name given needs to be trained on how not to speak down to people in a manner that is condescending. Trashy service from this location. Go to Bank of America or BBVA, this location is horrible.
