Terrible and obnoxious service by Mohammed Danial and his lady manager. Felt outright disrespectful they way they talked to me for a simple task they said cannot be completed. I wanted to update id for my account. They dont know anything about their own company's policies. I contacted chase afterwards by phone and they indeed agreed the task is easy and of course it can be completed at the physical branch. Terrible service. Wasted my time and failed to fulfill my request. I will skip this location going forward.
