The staff shows a genuine interest in assisting customers. They are knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond what I have found at other Chase branches. Special thanks to Aura for your help.
I feel bad for the employees because they are always understaffed. I notice they have to take people that walk in while handling the drive the thru, thus leaving me waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes on some trips. I find myself walking in just to not deal with the hassle.
For Gods sakes...hire more staff. It worse than a Doctor s office. If you can't hire...you re not paying enough salary. Can't wait to change banks.
