Very professional staff
Rare to have such a positive experience w a bank but Hector helped me navigate the back office bureaucracy and solved my issue. Super patient and worked through lunch to get my issue resolved. Hector Recinos is a super relationship banker!
This is my favorite chase bank I have been going there for over 16 years and the ladies are really wonderful, I don't get to see them as much because of the online banking app and my work hours now but I still make it my business to go by to say hi and they all know me always friendly and polite. This is the best chase bank in the world
