This branch is poorly managed and has limited knowledge and sensitivity. A close family member of mine passed away and I had to close out their account. This branch made it impossible for me to do so and acted with limited knowledge and sensitivity. Marianne , the bank manager, immediately pulled an associate into the room to shadow the process without even asking if it was okay.
