I came into this branch after speaking to a very polite representative on the phone (unfortunately, I forgot her name). I had an appointment to meet with SOPHIA to open a Chase account and possibly a secured account, knowing Chase can have strict criteria for new accounts. Great service, Great app,always helpful and patient
Had an issue that involved going into the branch and we were helped by Chris, who was very helpful and patient.
Store supposed to close at 4 but the staff literally rushed out the door at 3:30
