Asian girl was very unhelpful. If this is what they call customer service, they need better training. Every time I come to this branch, I'm reminded of why I will be closing down my account shortly.
Unable to speak to a human on the phone. Terrible service. “Personal banker” doesn’t return calls.
Don’t waste your time, find a different branch or go to a different bank. Poor management, poor processes, and ignorance.
