The teller wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. I came in hoping to talk to someone about opening a line of credit and get myself some cash. Now I don’t even want to use the ATM here. I think I’m gonna move all my money to another bank.
I never had someone picked my call and always asks us to call back later. We cannot always drive to the bank for any information. Worst branch
What’s the Point of Having a Bank Account If I Can’t Use My Own Money? So let me get this straight, Chase—I have money in my account, I have direct deposit set up, and you still won’t cash my check? What exactly is the point of banking with you if I can’t access my own funds? Even worse, no one could give me a straight answer. No one answers the phone, even for their own Chase customer service team. One of their tellers left a voicemail to call them back. What a joke. Ordered Euros in small denominations and they got it wrong. Would rather drive to a branch farther away with better customer service.
