No one answers the phone, even for their own Chase customer service team. One of their tellers left a voicemail to call them back. What a joke. Ordered Euros in small denominations and they got it wrong. Would rather drive to a branch farther away with better customer service.
I've never had to use the actual Chase bank building and usually pay my bills online, but needed to pay a credit card bill so went in for the first time. It looked very nice and orderly, I was unsure what to do since I've never paid at the bank, and didn't feel I had much direction from the teller but to fill out a slip which wasn't clear either, I did mention I had to pay a bill, and they did lead me to a table, and when I thought I was ready, instead of getting step by step help ( I just googled what I needed to do) at the... read more
Very bad customer service
Worst bank ever. I called this branch to see if I can set an appointment but the call always ends with "call back later". I went there to get a check endorsed and they had me wait for 20 minutes despite the fact they didn't have any other customer. I couldn't get the help I needed and so the office personnel made and appointment for me at the branch for another day for me to come in. 15 minutes after I left the bank, I got a call from the same office personnel saying that they are short staffed and will have to cancel the ap... read more
