Humas was exceptionally professional. He greeted me as soon as I entered and smiles. He listened to my concerns and assisted me in resolving all of them. The bank manager alo smiled and introduced herself. The atmosphere was warming. I had a great experience.
I have been a long-time Chase customer, and I was very disappointed with this branch’s customer service. My debit card was retained by the ATM after I accidentally inserted it the wrong way. I understand it was my mistake, but the manager’s initial response focused on blaming the mistake rather than helping me resolve the situation. I repeatedly explained that I did not feel safe leaving my card inside the ATM overnight. She knew about the card lock feature in the Chase app but did not mention it or provide any guidance. Asian girl was very unhelpful. If this is what they call customer service, they need better training. Every time I come to this branch, I'm reminded of why I will be closing down my account shortly.
Unable to speak to a human on the phone. Terrible service. “Personal banker” doesn’t return calls.
