Greeted immediately upon opening the door. Was ushered to the window to complete the transaction. There is a full sheet of glass between the customer and banker which makes the interaction less personable and distant. No other Chase location I have visited has had a glass window like this separating customer from banker. I'm sure there is a reason, but on the surface it is not the best look. All staff were respectful, courteous, and positive.
I came in with a lot of questions and was greeted by Karen who suggested I sit down and offered me a water. Waited only a few minutes and Karen brought me into a private room to work on my case. She was able to put me in touch with an agent on the phone to discuss the archives, which would have taken me hours to figure out. Very appreciative for all her time and effort to help.
Manager was rude and aggressive. I went to open an account and he made me wait a long time then was very taunting, overly curious about my other holdings, and extremely unhelpful. I never got to open the account. Spent 45 minutes there and left. I have chase credit cards and had hoped to broaden my relationship. They should get rid of their manager. What a jerk
