Worst experience they make u loose time just to make sit again
I had a fantastic experience at the Chase Bank branch in Orangethorpe! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Oscar, who assisted me with setting up my new account. He completed everything using the new system in just 23 minutes, which was super impressive! This was a refreshing change from my experience at another Chase branch in Anaheim, on Brookhurst, where I was told it would take more than an hour, and the staff there had a poor attitude. I’m very mad and disappointed about what happened today and this bank chase the manager is Elizabeth she is Mexican like me the difference that she is racist she take 1 hours and 30 minutes for lunch also she told not one’s to help me and my daughter was with me she is a teenager and they didn’t want to give my money back I was in a emergency and I explained everything to them and all the workers from chase were so rude with me also they called the police for no reason and the robbers are them I want the supervisor fired Eli... read more
