This is honestly the worst bank I have ever dealt with. This particular Fullerton location is very unprofessional and will waste your time. Oscar told me to come in this am and everything was ready to open my mom’s trust account. We get there he told us he would be back with the paperwork. Chase failed to detect a fraudulent check. Specifically, Chase processed a fraudulent check—dated February 28—on March 4, only to abruptly return it from my account. As a result, my account suddenly incurred a bounced check fee. Chase subsequently blocked my account and now states that I must pay off the entire bounced amount before they will allow me to open a new account.
