I have a high limit credit card with Chase. I just paid it off and closed the account. (after 15 years of that card being active). I am done with Chase. Wells Fargo is my home bank, has been for 30 years. I told them of the issues I was having with my Chase credit card. Wells Fargo offered me a new credit card with the same limit, with better terms. I’ve , first time coming in this bank, "Kayla Austin" has gone above and beyond to help me. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also such a kind and friendly person. His outstanding service made everything smooth and easy. I truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service! Oh, I also want to appreciate the gentleman at the waiting area who greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. You brought the first big smile to my face today:)
ATM isn’t always open when it says it should be.. they don’t have a 24hr one. It also never takes $100 bills right away; I have to put them in a couple times before it works which is really annoying considering it’s been like this for 3 years
