I’ve been to this bank twice a year apart, and every time, "Nick" has gone above and beyond to help me. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also such a kind and friendly person. His outstanding service made everything smooth and easy. I truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service! Oh, I also want to appreciate the gentleman at the waiting area who greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. You brought the first big smile to my face today:)
Its an awesome branch with awesome employees but the atm is not always open after hours when you need.
What's the point of having an "ATM" if it is closed on Sundays and open till 5 pm on weekdays?
I pay for good customer service. That is why, even though I am low income, I pay for an account here, they have amazing customer service. I am disabled due to anxiety and I am also Autistic. I prefer to have a person handle my transactions, because I can ask questions if I am confused or worried about something and they are always helpful. Going to the counter is like wrapping up in my favorite blanket. My only issue is, lately, they keep pushing me to use the ATM instead of the counter.
