Entire office wasted over an hour of my time and still couldn’t complete a simple request to order a new business card. Very disappointing experience and extremely inefficient service. If you value your time, I suggest going somewhere else.
I was hesitant to come into this branch because of the low reviews, but I am glad that I did. Not only there was courteous, rapid and efficient service provided, but staff, namely Judy, went above and beyond to resolve the situation and provide solid options for continued banking with Chase.
