Sriram hedge and the branch manager were super helpful and kind I was in and out quickly with my issue resolved. If you have to go into a branch, I highly recommend the college Park branch
I walked in a full hour before the branch closed and saw 4 bankers sitting at their desk. No one wanted to assist. I won’t come back.
They get 1 start because I can’t write the review without. Do you have to waste, go to this branch. Waited over 25 minutes for someone to assist me with employees were having a casual conversation. A simple name change took over 40 minutes and walked out without completing my transaction. Ms. Alfaro took over 15 minutes typing and walked out to “scan my documents” came back continue with the transaction.
