Thieves Came here to take my own money out had the 2 forms of ID including a picture ID , and they kept there for over 30 minutes with some dumb excuses that their system.its not working Don't Use CHase there's zero benefita to this bank except shady company will close my account.
It’s like a 3 rd class. Chase has to hire better manager.. he has to move fast.
I’ve had Chase for 16 years. It’s time I switch to a different bank. The ATM here never works. I mostly need this bank because they used to be very reliable and easy to withdraw or deposit cash. Now that they can’t even do that there’s no reason for me to remain a customer of theirs. This is the only chase bank in the area and their ATM is never working. All the time I’ve wasted coming here to not be able to use their most basic service. Trash
