I opened a Chase checking and savings and deposited a lot of money in there. I then received a call from a scammer about two weeks later stating that somebody stole my debit card and has a fake ID of me and attempted to go to multiple Chase banks in a different state throughout five days, if the scammer never called me, I would’ve never known. Highly recommend you bank elsewhere. Have tried 4 different times to set up an account in-person & always given a run-around. Clearly they don’t care about gaining new customers or maintaining their current ones properly. Waste of time & horrendous experiences.
Quick stop for deposit. They have a armed guard there I thought that was interesting
I visited twice but had to return back due to lack of bankers availability. I although had an appointment scheduled but banker was tired so they didn't helped me out to open an account
