My primary bank is def not my favorite at all. The employees aren't very friendly or helpful. You are always referred to check the website.
They built a new building and have 2 tellers. It is great as long as no one needs to actually do any banking. They didn't even have the forethought to have a couple of extra teller windows to have help when needed. They obviously don't care, stand in line for 30 minutes while They chit chat with each customer.
A banker by the of Mayra was a great person who helped me V and their client immensely. CHASE could learn a lot from her!
