I have an Amazon credit card through chase. This bank clearly doesn't understand customer service. They don't have time for people evidently. Don't waste your time on this bank. I have been trying to set up an auto pay on my card for hours now. Im a new customer and already regretting getting involved with chase.
This bank is the worst bank in Daytona Beach, FL. They stuffed this bank in a crowed, busy plaza. Someone is always parking in the Handicapped parking space. They NEVER the phone. So you end up having to call another bank or physically drive to the bank. Their legal department is laughable and can’t be reached by phone. When you walk in, the agents are all standing around talking but can’t answer the ringing phone. The parking spaces are too small for the average car or SUV. Both inside and outside atms suck wanted to pay my credit card bill went outside and inside would work..couldn't count money had 20 bills and claim it takes up to100 bils at a time..very bad service time to change banks
