Absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Was given a pay off quote for my $12,000 auto loan and was told I could not pay over the phone, I went into the branch as told and asked for the pay off total, they gave me a number slightly under the original quote I was given. As a customer I assumed this may be due to over the phone fees or whatever, paid the amount given to me at the branch, and now 3 weeks later I haven’t received my title and still am accruing interest AND am unable to purchase a new vehicle because CHASE gave ... read more
