Awful experience trying to open a checking/savings account here - on several occasions. Even if you schedule an appointment they turn you away and are unable to deliver on any promises made. Additionally, two of the women who I was dealing with were extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone banking with Chase (especially this location). I will be banking with someone else and cancelling my Chase credit card.
Terrible experience trying to open an account here — on multiple occasions. My fiancé and I were turned away the first time and told to make an appointment, however when we did call to make an appointment the rep just said come in around this time instead of setting a date and time and blocking off that time as a courtesy to us and other clients. Ignorant manager, do not expect to get any decent services in this branch
I tried several times to do transaction at night. Rudeness of customers coming in behind you . Is totally unacceptable behavior. Nor Mater how old or young just don't have common sense. Wait outsider in car or stand out side. Until it your turn . The door lock behind you. Until Transaction is completed. If my freedom account it not posted it because your rude customers think they have to get in there. Thankfully I have another bank I can feel more safe and protection. With all automation locks to bad.
