The branch manager is completely disrespectful. I sat in an empty waiting room to make an account, he completely ignored me to talk about guitars. After making eye contact with me, he went to his office to make a call and while this a line began to form. Upon seeing the line, he went TO THE LINE, greeted everyone and set up everyone else for a banker while still walking past me on multiple occasions. People work here usually friendly. But today, manager Victor very bad attitude. If you open an account, have high saving amount in the account and pay back your credit card in cash, he would keep his face up. If you wanna withdraw money from check in cash, he would put out every single reason he can think to resist you. How can people change face so quickly, probably that's the skill to become a manager.
Very friendly and very quick with my closing account business, I love her sweet smile and make my day!
