Very kind and patient. Got my new account set up easy and quickly. I had to call the Chase customer service after forgetting a password and didn’t have my old phone. The person on the phone was kind, patient, and most importantly got the problem fixed no problem.
Went in and opened a new account. Matt was amazing and very educated on what your looking for in banking or he can get you to the right person. Brittany the bank manager reached out to see how how the experience was and if I needed anything not to hesitate to give them a call. Thank you for the positive experience.
